My approach

My nutritional approach is highly individual - I aim to meet you where you are at in your lifestyle and journey.

Analysing your current health situation, and layering in clues from past symptoms, events and activities, I offer you insights, information and choices.


We then work together to facilitate the changes to be made in the most practical way possible, to fit your unique lifestyle and challenges.

I don't count calories, and I don't work with menu plans. Rather we follow a more organic approach, using individualised guidelines and principles to create the optimum nourishment for you in a way that you can enjoy your food, and that fits your lifestyle.

Why is nutrition important for our health?

In order to fuel our day-to-day activities â€“ giving us physical energy, building our muscles and other tissues, and enabling our body to relax sufficiently to rest, repair and rejuvenate â€“ we need to feed our body the best nutrients in the best way!

All the elements of our body (hormones, muscles, organs, skin, hair, enzymes, neurotransmitters, etc) are created using the food we are eating – what else could they be made from? 

​

However, the amount of conflicting nutritional information available can be quite overwhelming! 

​

I can help you prioritise the changes you want to make and take a step-by-step approach, according to your body, your mind and your lifestyle.
